Like every town throughout the country, Cicero’s children – young and old – look forward to celebrating Halloween in a variety of ways. Every year, people dress up as their favorite celebrity, super hero, or some other popular character and head out to either attend parties, civic event or, most popularly, go trick-or-treating.
Cicero’s town officials want to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday and have established official trick-or-treating hours for the town. This year’s hours run from 3pm to 7pm on Monday, Oct. 31.
