Diversity and Inclusion – Strength in Unity

Cicero’s diversity is its greatest strength, and under the leadership of Town President Larry Dominick and the Board of Trustees, the town has championed inclusivity and equality for all residents. From the Disability Hiring Program to citizenship workshops, Cicero has developed programs that uplift every community member.

The Disability Hiring Program is a shining example of Cicero’s commitment to inclusion. By providing employment and training to nearly two dozen individuals with disabilities, the town fosters a culture of understanding and opportunity. Similarly, the Safe Space resolution and cultural heritage events celebrate the rich diversity of Cicero’s population.

These initiatives build bridges between residents, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose. Building Cicero’s future means ensuring that everyone feels valued and included. By prioritizing diversity and inclusion, Cicero is creating a stronger, more connected community for future generations.
